The two-hour Dolphin Encounter Cruise is offered each morning. Learn about Sarasota’s resident 120 bottlenose dolphins on this educational tour, which is narrated by a trained naturalist/marine biologist. Guaranteed dolphin or manatee sighting. If not, free passes for the entire party on any other regularly scheduled cruise. Relax with family and friends while you listen to Jimmy Buffett-style musicians and watch the sun set into the Gulf of Mexico.

Let the music take you away to the Rhythm on the Bay. We’ve been visiting Siesta Key since 2001 and this is the first sunset cruise that we’ve taken. There is a cash bar and light snacks and they too are very reasonable. You’ll have the chance to enjoy a drink and order something to eat if you’d like while listening to the narrator share history and fun facts about the Sarasota area.

Dolphin & Manatee Watch Cruise

We must meet a minimum passenger count to cruise. Plus, treat yourself to a tropical cocktail and order from our light fare menu. Maybe do a little dancing or jump on our conga line that magically appears from time to time. Enjoy a narrated Sightseeing Cruise combining Sarasotas abundant wildlife, a bit of history and spectacular shoreline homes, or a Dolphin Watch Cruise narrated by a naturalist/marine biologist.

While enjoying the Sightseeing & Nature Cruise, you’ll once again want to keep your eyes open for dolphins and manatee active in our local waters. The Sightseeing & Nature Cruise leaves at 2 pm daily. Join us aboard Sarasota's iconic LeBarge Tropical Cruise to experience a beautiful sunset on Sarasota Bay with Democratic friends, neighbors, and elected officials. Sarasota Bay is the ideal location to observe these intelligent marine mammals. Sit back with a drink in your hand as we watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. Then cruise around beautiful Sarasota Bay as the full moon rises.
